Section 1

Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tk90 platform and its users. By using tk90's services through our website, mobile service, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

The following definitions apply in this document:

• "Platform" means all tk90 websites, applications, and services.
• "User" means any person registered on tk90.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and entertainment features provided through tk90.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds, free spins, or other benefits granted by tk90.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

tk90's services are only for individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. tk90 may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time to verify your age. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information to open an account. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for one person is strictly prohibited. If any information provided at registration changes, you are responsible for notifying us promptly.

• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Active email address
• Date of birth (confirming age of 21 or above)
• Preferred payment method details

2.3 Verification

tk90 follows Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to submit documents for identity verification at any time, particularly before large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Usage Rules

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account may be operated from a single household or IP address. If multiple accounts are created from the same device or connection, they will be closed and any related winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Responsible Use

Users must use the services of their own free will and with full awareness, and must play within limits for personal entertainment. Betting or gaming on behalf of any third party is prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into tk90, you must use one of the following approved payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This limit applies equally across all payment methods. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

When making a deposit, ensure that the payment account is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The payment account must match the registered name.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is ongoing.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Refund Policy

Deposited funds are generally non-refundable. However, if an incorrect transaction occurs due to a technical error or in the event of a security issue, tk90 will investigate the matter and take corrective action where applicable.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the total of your deposit amount and bonus before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to the account.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer may have separate terms which will be stated at the time of the offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk90 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Claiming the same offer more than once is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

tk90's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

tk90 reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits. tk90's decisions regarding VIP tier determination will be considered final.

Section 6

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

tk90 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. Our platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps the outcome of every game completely unbiased.

6.2 Bet and Wager Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. The bet amount per wager may be limited when playing with a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error, disconnection, or system failure, tk90 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the wagered amount. Winnings obtained by exploiting any bug or technical error will not be considered valid.

6.4 Finality of Results

The final outcome of a game will be determined based on the data recorded on tk90's servers. If there is a discrepancy between the information displayed on the user's screen and the server data, the server data will be considered authoritative.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk90 platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Playing games through fraudulent or dishonest means.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access or hacking of the platform's software.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Gaming in the name of a third party or using their funds.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk90 platform — logos, designs, software code, graphics, text, audio, and other multimedia elements — are the intellectual property of tk90 or its licensors. Copying, redistributing, editing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Users are granted a limited right to use the platform's services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This right is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

tk90 strives to ensure maximum uptime, however services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, cyber attacks, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. tk90 will not be liable for such disruptions.

9.2 Gaming Losses

The user is solely and fully responsible for any financial loss resulting from participation in gaming or betting. tk90 always reminds you that gaming is enjoyable entertainment, but there is a risk of financial loss involved. Do not bet beyond your means.

9.3 Third-Party Services

Games from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) are made available on the tk90 platform. The functionality and outcomes of these games are under the control of the respective providers, and tk90's liability for any matters related to them is limited.

Article 11

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 By the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please complete all applicable withdrawals of any remaining balance. If the conditions related to a bonus have not been met, that bonus balance may be forfeited.

11.2 By tk90

tk90 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If you request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, we will restrict your account for a specified period or permanently.

Changes & Amendments

tk90 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after revised terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly. The date of the most recent update is noted at the top of this page.
